Ultimate Confidence

John is writing so those who believe in King Jesus can have ultimate confidence in eternal life, in praying, and in prayer.
We are encouraged to live a life of prayer pouring out of our confidence of eternal life through Jesus alone.
We are challenged to pray in faith, to pray in purity, to pray in God's will, to pray in dependance, and to pray in submission will full confidence that our Father in heaven hears us and answers us.
