INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS
Jeremy and Kylie
Pray for Discipleship in Erbil Baptist Church - that the church members would help one another live out the Christian life rightly. Pray for those who are called to exhort others that they would be faithful to the Lord in their exhortation. Pray for the school students and teachers and facility as they are finalizing preparation and then beginning the school year this month. Pray for a growing understanding of the implications of Christian living in that culture for the school and church as ministry and for the households/families that are in that community of believers. Pray for the new interns from RTIM (3 pastoral men, and 2 single women) joining the ministry.
David and Nicole
David and Nicole just got home from the debrief of their first five years on the mission field . Lots of answered prayer and it was very helpful for them and their kids. David preached last Sunday and they are traveling Tuesday through Thursday and then preaching again next Sunday. He is also feeling sick… so pray for strength, clarity and the Spirit to work. Also pray for wisdom as David leads our team in a critical season as they prepare for launch into our next location. Appreciate you all!
Peter and Daisy
The summer was full. Peter & Daisy took 17 teenagers on 3 overnight camping trips. Because everyone needed a ride and they only have a van, many of the teens moms went also. There were many opportunities to share the love of Jesus with this group. Please pray the seeds will take root and grow. Many of these teens do not have a father in the home. The fathers have been taken by the authorities to re-educate them. This leaves a hole in the teens lives. Peter and Daisy are trying to help fill that hole with the love of Jesus. Also, please pray for them as the new semester is starting, that we can manage our time wisely. With Ellie and Dani’s homeschool, Peter’s university job and lots of class in the rec center to manage, their time is always full. Please pray that no matter how busy their life gets, they can always keep in mind that everything they do should be for His glory. Pray that as they plan and do things, they also seek for His guidance and seek for better and closer relationship with Him.

Pray for God to cause the seeds planted in the hearts of students at camp to grow. Pray especially for the Discovery Bible Study we will host with students from camp this week. Pray for the English club students in a Discovery study to think more deeply about the Good News we shared with them this week. And pray for wisdom as we meet with them to discuss Stories of Hope from the New Testament. Pray for God to help our neighbor Valentin be able to read Mere Christianity. Pray God would speak to him from this book. And pray he and Randy will be able to meet. Pray wisdom and language ability for Randy. Pray for the start of our Fall semester English clubs at the university next month. Pray God would bring students who are spiritually open, and pray for wisdom in leading the clubs. Pray for a young Ukrainian mother in Belgium who is facing some significant challenges. Pray God would provide for her needs and would provide Christian people there who can encourage and help her. Pray God would give her wisdom in decision-making and in caring for her young son. And pray she would find strength in God. Continue to pray for a just end to this war.

CROSSWAY ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGION CHURCH PLANTS
Golden City Church, Matt and Cheryl. They are deeply grateful to God for the baptisms so far, and for a great meeting space, a great group of families who have joined with them, and for the support of the network. Please pray for their outreach to Golden and the campus at Mines, also for the month leading up to their launch, and for another elder to join the team.

Skyline Church Denver, Adam and Joanie. They launched Skyline about 2 years ago and by God's favor helped to launched the Golden City Church! God is evidently at work, drawing people together in ways they can’t take credit for, and it is so fun to see how it all comes together for His glory!
Christ Church of Elizabeth, James and Kait. The first year of Christ Church has been a wonderful one. They are a church in the smalltown of Elizabeth, Colorado and are seeing God do some encouraging things. Matters to pray for: new job for Hugh (our other pastor) that allows him to pastor, evangelism and conversion growth, God's provision of a worship pastor, wisdom to equip saints for work of ministry, the formation of true community at CCE, and two men currently in training to be elders; pray for effective preparation of them and their wives for this role.
Crossway San Diego, Tom and Dawn are moving on from attempting to plant in San Diego. Please pray for clarity and direction as they are now planning to relocate in central Mexico and that this change would bring God greater and greater glory as they seek to connect, to win, build, and send young leaders into the harvest in Latin America.
Crossway Boulder, Calder and Amanda. Why Boulder? The most recent NAMB reports on Boulder, suggest that 0.8% of the population are professing believers in Jesus Christ. That’s roughly 850 people in the city limits of Boulder. Pray for laborers to join with them in the harvest, pray for salvations as they labor there, pray for preservation and protection of marriages and faith, pray also for housing, and for a third seasoned elder.
Union Chapel Pueblo, Beck and Lindsey. Praise God that they were able sell their Ft. Collins home and buy a house that serves the family and the ministry well. They are remodeling the home so pray for safety and progress in the work. Continue to pray for the core team in Pueblo — that they would come together, build community and launch the ministry well. Pray for those still waiting to get to Pueblo — that they would keep showing up faithfully where they are: in their neighborhoods, conversations, churches, and own homes. Pray they would keep this truth leading them forward always. “What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each. I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.” (1 Corinthians 3:5-9, ESV) Pray for me as I will leave for a conference this week and prepare for Christian's funeral on Saturday. Pray for Lindsey as she will be home alone with all the kids in a construction zone. As some of you know, Christian Dawsey, our foster son, was killed in a car accident a couple of weeks ago. We have been finding time to mourn and process between packing and painting. We are trusting that he heard the Gospel, was loved by many and has been prayed for by many more.

Christian Challenge - Isaac and Becca
Key August Prayer Requests
- We attended a national conference august 2-6 in Oklahoma. We are brought 10 students, 8 staff, and our boys also went! Becca cooked for everyone. This conference was a great way to start the year particularly for staff and student leaders who were equipped to see the campus as God sees the campus.
- Aug 13-15 is our student leader retreat. This is the most crucial thing we do with our leaders to prepare them for reaching all the freshmen coming. Pray for them to catch the vision and for protection from distractions from the enemy.
- Aug 19th is move-in day and from that day on we will spend about 2 weeks trying to reach as many of them as we can. Pray for quick and deep connections through all we do.
- Aug 25th is our first bible study. Pray for students to come and for the gospel to be heard, understood, and received by those who do not follow Jesus yet.
Serve 6-8
Thank you for your donation to SERVE 6.8! Your contribution will help provide food,
clothing, rent assistance, hot meals during disaster response, and supplies of all kinds to
families in crisis. With your help, and the help of our network of 73 churches, hundreds of
businesses, and thousands of volunteers, we are making a difference in the lives of people
across Colorado and Wyoming. Over the past month, your generosity allowed us to provide 1,342 families with: 13,080 pounds of food (approximately $25,768 in value); $28,880 in clothing; $19,120 in financial assistance; 3,800 hot meals for the Aspen Acres Fire. Thank you for being part of the SERVE 6.8 movement and caring for your neighbor!

Please pray for the RC clients facing pregnancy decisions and for the RC nurses and advocates as they engage with clients. Praise our gracious Father, RC received over $1100 from RCG and nearly $132,000 from the Baby Bottle campaign to continue their ministry in Greeley.
